 When submitting a player's name, please be sure to enter the full name as it appears on his or her passport. |
 Each team roster must include at least two females. Please specify M or F next to the player name. |
 Help us make the tournament's meals enjoyable for all players by consulting your teammates for food preferences. Use the check boxes to indicate vegetarians on your team. |
Each team will be assigned 4 rooms each for two nights. Rooms
will house three players. That means you will have 8 nights of hotel rooms available to your team. We assume these will be for
Friday and Saturday nights. If your team is an exception, please specify what nights you will staying at the hotel.
